YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Under California law, customers who are California residents are entitled to annually request and obtain information about the personal information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing during the previous calendar year. If applicable, the information would include the categories of personal information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared personal information. Please note that not all information sharing is covered under the California law, and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.

SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how Advisers Give Back, Inc. collects, uses and discloses your personal information with respect to your use of the Web site located at advisersgiveback.org (the “Site”), except that this policy does not apply to your use of, or to any personal information you disclose or that is otherwise collected in connection with, any individual.

We reserve the right to change the provisions of this privacy policy at any time by posting the revised Policy on the Site and indicating on the Policy the date it was last updated. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Your personal information also may be disclosed or transferred as part of, or during negotiations of, any merger, financing or in any other situation where personal information may be transferred as one of the assets of Advisers Give Back. USE OF COOKIES, WEB BEACONS AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The Site may contain “cookies.” A cookie is a piece of data that is stored on your hard drive and records your preferences and other data about your visit to the Site. To help protect the confidentiality of your personal information, do not share your password with any other person. You are responsible for all uses of the Site by any person using your password. Please advise us immediately if you believe your password has been compromised or misused.

OPTING OUT
If you do not wish to receive promotional email from Advisers Give Back about our or third party products and services, you may opt out at the time of registration or by logging in to your account settings online and updating your contact preferences. Please note, even if you opt out of receiving promotional email from Advisers Give Back, you may still receive transactional and relationship emails, including messages relating to transactions or services you have specifically requested, responding to any email from you to us, notifying you of updates or changes to our policies and procedures, or which otherwise provide you with information we believe is important to users. Our systems require time to update, so your opt out requests may not update immediately.
